All orders undergo quality control and verification before dispatch.
1. Order Processing

TEXTURA offers two shipping options depending on destination:

TEXTURA works with reliable international carriers, including but not limited to:

The shipping carrier is selected automatically based on the item, warehouse location, shipping method, and destination.
4. Tracking
Tracking information is sent automatically once an order has been dispatched.
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

The final shipping cost is always displayed before order confirmation.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling and clearance fees depending on the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to pay any applicable import duties, VAT, taxes, or customs clearance fees required by the destination country.
TEXTURA does not control customs decisions, fees, regulations, or processing times and is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
If a customer refuses to pay applicable customs duties or taxes and the shipment is returned, destroyed, or abandoned by the carrier or customs authorities, TEXTURA reserves the right to deduct all shipping, return shipping, and related handling costs from any refund issued.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
TEXTURA is not responsible for shipments lost, delayed, or undelivered due to:

outdated
shipping information provided at checkout.
Please ensure all address details are accurate before placing an order.
8. Lost or Significantly Delayed Shipments
A shipment may be considered lost if it has not been delivered within 45 days from the dispatch date.

9. Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages due to supplier or logistics constraints.
